Accommodation
The conference will take place at the Escola de Guerra Naval (EGN), in Urca, Rio de Janeiro.
We recommend staying near the venue, as traffic in Rio de Janeiro can be heavy, particularly during rush hours. Urca has no conventional hotels, but private apartments and other accommodation options can be found on Airbnb and Booking.com.

Getting to the venue
We recommend using Uber or a licensed taxi to travel to the conference venue. Please allow extra travel time, especially during the morning rush hour.
There will be no parking available for participants at the venue.
Mobile connectivity
International participants interested in a local mobile connection can contact Claro or Vivo to ask about prepaid SIM cards, eSIM availability, and options for visitors.
Before purchasing, confirm whether activation is possible with a foreign passport, whether a Brazilian tax identification number (CPF) is required, and which data allowances and validity periods are available. Your phone must be unlocked, and eSIM use depends on device compatibility.
